Applications are invited for filling the following posts in the Central Silk Board. Advt. No. CSB/2/2011
1. (a) Name of the Post : Junior Stenographer
(b) Number of posts : 02 (Two)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 2400/-
(d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in English Typewriting and Shorthand examinations conducted by the State Technical Education Board with a speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting and 80 words per minute in Shorthand.
Preference will be given to Graduates fulfilling Typewriting and Shorthand qualifications prescribed above.
Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only
2. (a) Name of the Post : Upper Division Clerk
(b) Number of posts : 04 (Four)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 2400/- (d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Arts from a recognized University with a pass in Junior Grade Typewriting examination conducted by State Technical Education Board with a speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting.
Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only
3. (a) Name of the Post : Lower Division Clerk
(b) Number of posts : 25 (Twenty five)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 1900/- (d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in Junior Grade Typewriting examination conducted by State Technical Education Board with a speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting.
Note: Skill Test will be conducted on Computer only.
4. (a) Name of the Post : Field Assistant
(b) Number of posts : 76 (Seventy six)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 2000/- (d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Matriculation (with Science) or Diploma in Sericulture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Desirable: Candidates with experience preferred.
5. (a) Name of the Post : Technician
(b) Number of posts : 2 (Two)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 1900/- (d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Diploma or ITI Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
6. (a) Name of the Post : Assistant Technician
(b) Number of posts : 18 (Eighteen)
(c) Pay Band : PB-1 ` 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of ` 1800/- (d) Age : Below 25 Years
(e) Qualification : Diploma or ITI certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute in anyone of the following fields:-
Sericulture/Agriculture/Horticulture.
